Ella Matthews- West London Hypnotherapist specialising in Chronic Pain, Trauma and Anxiety
Who I am.
My name is Ella. I’m the founder of Breath Body Mind. I’m a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in West London.
I’m also a Pain Neuroscience Educator, Buteyko Breathing Instructor, TRE (Trauma and Tension Release Exercise) Provider, NLP Master Practitioner and Health Coach.
I have over 20 years experience in helping people overcome chronic pain, eliminate anxiety and manage stress.
Originally practicing as a Sports Massage and Myofascial Release Massage Therapist, I retrained as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in West London out of a deep desire to be able to help people out of pain.
After starting up my private practice, I have since trained up to Master Practitioner level in Neurolinguistic Programming and Cognitive Hypnotherapy, in West London with The Quest Institute, where I was lucky enough to be taught by its founder, Trevor Silvester.
I trained and qualified as a TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) Facilitator with the Founder of TRE College, Steve Haines.
I trained in Buteyko Breathing with The Buteyko Clinic’s founder, Patrick McKeown, and in Chronic Pain Neuroscience Education with The Neuro- Orthopaedic Institute’s Principal Instructor, Tim Beames.
I’m also a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Approved Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, and Yoga Nidra Teacher.
I’m a life long learner and I strive to keep my skill set up to date with scientifically sound practices and techniques.
In my spare time, I enjoy singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, swimming, yoga and growing food.
“Ella genuinely enjoys helping people get their lives back and with her help I now feel much more confident & happier- and I am symptom free.
